What does U-Trust certified mean?
A U-Trust certified car has passed a comprehensive multi-point inspection carried out by trained technicians, covering the engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electricals, air conditioning and body condition. Only cars that clear this inspection and have verifiable ownership papers are listed for sale.
Are the kilometre readings on your cars genuine?
Yes. Every kilometre reading published on our listings is verified against service records and the vehicle's history before the car goes on sale. The figure you see on the listing is the figure on the odometer.
Do you offer a warranty on used cars?
Yes. Certified pre-owned cars come with a warranty covering major mechanical and electrical components. The exact duration and coverage depend on the age and kilometres of the vehicle, so ask our team for the specific terms on the car you are considering.
Can I get finance on a second hand car?
Yes. We arrange used car loans through partner banks and NBFCs, typically covering up to 80 percent of the vehicle value with tenures up to five years. Bring your PAN card, Aadhaar, address proof, and three months of bank statements or salary slips to start the process.
Can I exchange my current car?
Yes. We evaluate your existing car free of charge and adjust its value against your purchase. Our team inspects the vehicle, gives you a written valuation the same day, and handles the transfer paperwork.
How is the ownership transfer handled?
We manage the complete RC transfer process, including Form 29 and Form 30 submission, insurance transfer and NOC where required. You do not need to visit the RTO yourself.
Can I take a test drive before buying?

What documents do I receive with the car?
You receive the original registration certificate, valid insurance, pollution certificate, service history where available, the inspection report and the invoice. If the car was financed previously, the NOC from the earlier lender is included.
